BABA PASS TREK

Season: June to September
Duration: 9-days drive / 6-days trek
Grade: Moderate

Day 01: Delhi - Chandigarh - Shimla
Arrival Transfer by Shatabdi Express to Chandigarh/Kalka and transfer to Shimla. Overnight in Hotel at Shimla.

Day 02: Shimla (Local Sight Seeing)
Sightseeing of Places of Interest in and around Shimla. Overnight in Hotel.

Day 03: Drive Shimla - Sarahan (7-8hrs)
After Breakfast drive towards Sarahan via Rampur. Visit Bhima kali Temple. Overnight at Hotel.

Day 04: Drive Sarahan - Kafnoo (5-6hrs)
the drive of 6 hours takes you to Kafnoo which is the starting point of the trek. Overnight camp at Kafnoo

Day 05: Kafnoo - Muling (5-6hrs).
After breakfast the trek starts through a Village and Forest. After a few hours of steep climb the path gradually ascends to the campsite, a lush green meadow on the banks of the River Bhaba. Overnight at Camp.

Day 06: Muling - Pistrang (5-6hrs)
We are at the base of Bhaba Pass. The Trek today involves many activities like river crossing, simple walks and a gradual ascent. Overnight at Camp.

Day 07: Pistrang - Bolder. (4-5hrs)
Today the first two hrs is a steep climb to the top of the Bhaba Pass at an altitude of approximately 4,865mts. Overnight camp at Bolder.

Day 08: Bolder - Gurguru. (4-5 hrs).
After Breakfast Trek continues towards Gurguru. After 5 hours trek reach the campsite. Overnight camp at Gurguru.

Day 09: Gurguru - Mud (4-5hrs)
Today the trek touches the first Spiti village which has nearly forty families. Overnight Camp at Mud.

Day 10: Mud - Gulling. (4-5hrs)
Today is the last day of the trek and at the end of the day the last camp is near the village Gulling. Overnight at Camp.

Day 11: Drive Gulling to Tabo (3-4 hrs)
After breakfast drive to Tabo. Visit Tabo monastery. It is known as the Ajantas of Himalayas and famous for its Thanka Paintings and Small temples. Overnight Camp at Tabo.

Day 12: Drvie Tabo to Kaza later Visit Ki Monastery and Kibber Village
In the morning drive continues towards Kaza. After lunch excursion to Ki monastery and Kibber villages. Drive back to Kaza and overnight camp.

Day 13: Visit Dankher and Lalung Monastries
Excursion to Dankher and lalung monastries. Overnights in camp.

Day 14: Drive Kaza to Chhota Darra (4-5 hrs)

Day 15: Drive Chhota Darra to Manali (4-5 hrs)
Driving over majestic Kunzum La and Passing Rohatang Pass we reach Manali.O/N Hotel at Manali.

Day 16: Manali (Local Sight Seeing)
Local Sightseeing of Places in and around Manali like Hadimba temple, Vashisht Temple, Nagar castle.O/N Hotel

Day 17: Drive Manali to Bhunter and fly to Delhi.
In the morning transfer to Bhunter Airport (50 km) to take flight to Delhi. PM.Sightseeing.O/N Hotel
